Most fit-out programmes get into trouble at the same three points: an under-scoped brief, a designed solution that doesn't cost out, and a build that loses its single point of accountability. Our process is built specifically to defuse all three.

  1. 01
    Stage 01

    Discovery & Brief

We meet your team, walk the space, and understand what you actually need.

A free, no-obligation visit to walk through your space and understand what's working, what isn't, and what success looks like for the people who'll use it. We meet with stakeholders across operations, facilities, HR, and leadership — and pull together a brief grounded in your business, not generic best practice.

    What you get

    • Site survey
    • Stakeholder interviews
    • Written project brief
    • Indicative budget bands

    Typical duration

    1–2 weeks

  2. 02
    Stage 02

    CAD & Visualisation

Detailed CAD drawings and space-planning that turn the brief into a buildable plan.

Block plans turn into detailed CAD packs covering layout, materials, finishes, MEP integration, and sequencing. We walk you through the plans, iterate where needed, and arrive at a signed-off design that costs out cleanly — no surprises on day one.

    What you get

    • Detailed CAD pack (DWG/PDF)
    • Material & finish schedules
    • Photo-real visuals where useful
    • Sign-off design freeze

    Typical duration

    3–6 weeks

  3. 03
    Stage 03

    Planning & Programme

Procurement, supply chain, and a transparent works programme agreed up front.

Long-lead items get ordered. Subcontractor packages get awarded. A weekly works programme is shared with your team so you know what's happening, when, and what we need from you at each stage. Risk and contingency are flagged openly — not buried in small print.

    What you get

    • Detailed works programme
    • Procurement schedule
    • Risk register
    • Site logistics plan

    Typical duration

    2–4 weeks

  4. 04
    Stage 04

    Build & Fit-Out

Site set up, mobilised, and managed by one team with one number to call.

Boots on site. Daily reporting via WhatsApp or whatever channel suits your team. Weekly site walkarounds. One project manager owns the job — not a chain of subcontractors pointing at each other. We work around your operations where needed; out-of-hours and phased works are routine.

    What you get

    • Daily progress reports
    • Weekly site meetings
    • Single point of accountability
    • Photography for handover record

    Typical duration

    Project-dependent

  5. 05
    Stage 05

    Handover & Aftercare

Snagging complete before keys are returned — and we stick around afterwards.

Snagging is done before handover, not after. You get a digital handover pack with O&M manuals, warranties, and as-built drawings. Then aftercare kicks in: scheduled visits at 1 month, 6 months, and 12 months to check everything's still right, plus reactive callouts if anything needs attention.

    What you get

    • Digital handover pack
    • O&M manuals & warranties
    • 1/6/12-month aftercare visits
    • Reactive callout support

    Typical duration

    Ongoing

What we ask

What we need from you

A

One decision-maker

The single person who can sign off the brief, the design, and the build. We work with stakeholders across your business — but decisions need a single owner on your side too.

B

Honest budget bands

Tell us the real number. We can scope to any budget, but only if we know it up front. A wrong-shape proposal helps no one.

C

Access to operations

Time on site, time with the people who use the space, and (where relevant) operational data — utilisation, headcount, growth plans. The brief gets sharper the more we know.
